Help from the desk that sold it
Support runs through the same desk that quoted your rig. Send photos or video of the problem by email or WhatsApp and we work the diagnosis with the factory engineers — most setup and operating questions are answered the same business day.
Every rig ships with English operating and maintenance manuals. Warranty terms for each machine are confirmed in writing in its quotation, so there is no fine print to discover later.
What to send us
What do you need for a parts quote?
The model name, a photo of the part or the nameplate, and the quantity. That is enough for a written quote with shipping.
How fast do parts ship?
Small parts go by air courier; heavy tools go with sea freight. The quote states the route and the time before you pay.
Can I stock parts in advance?
Yes — most contractors order a season of wear parts with the rig or right after it. We will suggest a sensible list for your model and hours.
