FAQ

Questions

What can the H18 install?

Fiber and broadband conduit, water and gas lines, and power cable — pulled back through the bore in HDPE or steel.

How far can it bore?

Up to 1,000 ft (300 m) in favorable soils. Rock, cobble and mixed ground shorten practical lengths, and we quote to your ground conditions.

Does it need a mud system?

Yes for most bores. Mixing and recycling units can be quoted with the rig as a complete package.

How does the crew steer?

A walk-over locating system tracks the head; the rig is compatible with common locating equipment.

How is it priced?

Quoted per order, including shipping to your location.
